Multiple GRAMMY® Award-winning jazz pianist and world renowned singer, Diana Krall, brings her “Wallflower World Tour” to Meadow Brook Music Festival on Friday, July 31 at 8 p.m.
Tickets at $75, $55 and $35 in the pavilion, $15 on the lawn and lawn four-packs at $45 go on sale this Friday, Jan. 23 at 10 a.m. at Palacenet.com, The Palace Ticket Store and all Ticketmaster locations. Krall will make several national TV appearances with performances on LIVE! with Kelly and Michael on Monday, Feb. 2 and The Late Show with David Letterman on Tuesday, Feb. 3. Krall’s appearance on The Late Show will mark her last performance on the show before Letterman’s departure in May.
Produced by 16-time GRAMMY® Award-winning producer David Foster, Wallflower finds Krall breaking new ground with her interpretations of some of the greatest pop songs of all time. The album features popular classics from the late 60’s to present day that have inspired Krall since her early years, as well as an unreleased composition from Paul McCartney (“If I Take You Home Tonight”).
The “Wallflower World Tour” will feature Krall performing pop classics such as “The Mamas and the Papas’” “California Dreamin’”, the Eagles’ “Desperado,” and Bob Dylan’s “Wallflower,” which inspired the upcoming album's title track, among others. Krall will be accompanied onstage by Anthony Wilson (guitar), Dennis Crouch (bass), Stuart Duncan (fiddle), Karriem Riggins (drums) and Patrick Warren (Keyboards).

To date, her albums have garnered five Grammy® Awards, eight Juno® Awards and has also earned nine gold, three platinum and seven multi-platinum albums.
