The Happy Together Tour, featuring The Turtles featuring Flo & Eddie, Chuck Negron formerly of Three Dog Night, Mark Farner formerly of Grand Funk Railroad, Gary Lewis & The Playboys and Mitch Ryder & The Detroit Wheels, comes to DTE Energy Music Theatre on Saturday, August 2 at 7:30 p.m.

The Happy Together tour began in 1984 with mainstays The Turtles, and it started up again in 2010. The overwhelming response and love for the music has endured, and now The Happy Together Tour enters its 30th year anniversary. The tour will feature numerous hits from the sixties and seventies, including “We’re An American Band,” “Some Kind of Wonderful,” “Devil With A Blue Dress,” “Good Golly Miss Molly,” “Mama Told Me Not To Come,” “Joy To The World,” “This Diamond Ring” and of course, “Happy Together” and many more.

Concertgoers will truly feel and see the soundtrack of their youth during the show as they are transported back in time with highlights being displayed during each group’s performance, referencing the time period of the music..
