Country music superstars and Grammy®, CMA and ACM Award-winners Miranda Lambert and Little Big Town announced their co-headlining tour, “The Bandwagon Tour,” with special guests Turnpike Troubadours & Tenille Townes scheduled to hit the road summer 2018, will include a date at DTE Energy Music Theatre on Friday, August 24 at 7 p.m.

The joint tour kicks off July 12th in Charlotte, North Carolina and will take the country music troupe along the U.S. Atlantic seaboard, Southeast and Midwest regions. Both critically lauded artists, Miranda Lambert and Little Big Town, together tout a combined 36 ACM Award wins, 21 CMAs and four Grammys®.

Lambert is the reigning, eight-time consecutive, ACM Female Vocalist of the Year. Her ambitious, 24-song, double album titled The Weight of These Wings was released in November 2016, and it debuted at #1 on the Billboard Country Albums chart.

During this summer’s “Bandwagon Tour,” Miranda is continuing her efforts to Fill the Little Red Wagon by asking fans to bring dog food, supplies, toys, treats and donations to support a local no-kill animal shelter at each city the tour visits. This Friday’s tour stop at DTE Energy Music Theatre will help support Detroit Dog Rescue.

Supporters can drop off their donations and sign up for a chance to win a meet and greet with the mutt-loving and celebrated superstar at DTE Energy Music Theatre’s West Entrance from 3:00 p.m. until the beginning of the show at 7 p.m.
