CONCESSIONS STANDS

• All fixed concession stands at Little Caesars Arena are wheelchair accessible.
• Accessible counters are available for guests in wheelchairs and can be found throughout the venue.
• Accessible tables and service counters are available for guests in wheelchairs in all Club locations and at all restaurants adjacent to Little Caesars Arena.
• Accessible drinking fountains are available on the Street Level Concourse at PORTALS 1, 4, 10 and 13 and on the Upper Level Concourse at PORTALS 21, 29 and 62

ENTRANCES

• There are four main entries that allow guests to enter the venue directly from the streets of Downtown Detroit and into our Street Level Concourse. To ensure the highest level of safety and security, all guests are subject to a security screening upon entering Little Caesars Arena.
• Priority Entry NW  - located on Sproat St. just west of Woodward Ave
• Chevrolet Entry NE - located on Woodward Ave. and Sproat St
• Comerica Entry SE -  located at Woodward Ave. and Henry St
• Meijer Entry SW - located at Henry St. and Park St.
• For guests who park in the Trinity Health Garage located on Cass Ave. and Sproat St. and have access to one of our premium spaces, they can access the Skybridge which connects to the Blue Cross Blue Shield Suite Lounge.

FLOOR ACCESS

• For most concerts, family shows and Detroit Pistons games, we offer accessible floor seating which can be accessed by using the Southeast elevators located between Mike's Pizza Bar and The Mixing Board, across from PORTAL 9.

LISTENING DEVICES

• For guests with hearing impairments, assisted listening devices are available at the Guest Service Office on the Street Level Concourse outside PORTAL 10.
• The devices operate on an FM system. Guests wishing to check out a device must leave a driver’s license or credit card, which will be returned upon receipt of the device.
• Devices are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and are provided free of charge.

PARKING & DROP OFF

• Accessible parking is available in all of Olympia Development of Michigan’s parking lots at a first-come, first-serve basis.
• The Trinity Health Garage, United Wholesale Mortgage Garage, and Temple West Garage have the closest accessible parking spaces to Little Caesars Arena at a first-come, first-serve basis.

SENSORY KITS & KULTURECITY

• Little Caesars Arena has partnered with KultureCity to make all events hosted at the arena sensory inclusive. This initiative promotes an accommodating and positive experience for all guests and fans with sensory needs. Event staff are trained by leading medical professionals on how to recognize guests with sensory needs and how to best handle a sensory overload situation.
• Sensory bags, equipped with noise canceling headphones, fidget tools, and verbal cue card are available to all guests who may feel overwhelmed by the environment. Strobe cancelling glasses and weighted lap pads are also available.
• Guests wishing to check out sensory items must sign a waiver and leave a driver’s license or credit card, which will be returned upon receipt of the sensory items in the same condition.
• Sensory items are provided free of charge and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at the Guest Service Offices located at PORTALS 10, 20, and 67.

SENSORY ROOM

• Little Caesars Arena is excited to announce the unveiling of the brand new, state-of-the-art sensory room in collaboration with KultureCity®. This sensory room is designed to cater to the needs of individuals with sensory processing needs and is set to revolutionize the way we experience public spaces.
• With input from sensory experts, the room is thoughtfully designed to cater to a variety of sensory needs, incorporating elements such as adjustable lighting, calming visuals, and comfortable seating. A range of sensory tools and equipment such as bubble walls, Yogibo bean bags, Nunoerin sparkle, and tactile objects are available to create a personalized and calming experience. The sensory room is designed to be fully accessible, accommodating individuals of all abilities and ages, with features such as wheelchair accessibility.
• The sensory room is located on the upper concourse, across from PORTAL 66, next to First Aid. The sensory room will be open for all events taking place at Little Caesars Arena.

SEATING

• Accessible seating is available at every price point in the venue can be purchased through all announced ticket sales locations, based on availability.
• Additional companion seating may be purchased based on availability by calling 313-471-7929.
• All entrances are accessible.
• If a guest requires accommodation after their ticket purchase, please call 313-471-7929 for assistance.
• Guests at the venue who need to be relocated can visit the XFINITY Box Office across from PORTAL 5 for assistance.
• If accessible seating is needed after the purchase of regular seats, please call 313-471-7929 to see if an exchange is possible.

SERVICE ANIMALS

• The only animals allowed inside Little Caesars Arena are those serving as a guide, signal or service animal to aid guests with disabilities. Guests escorted by service animals may not take up any additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat.

SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS

• A sign language interpreter can be provided; however, a four-week notice is required before an event. To request a sign language interpreter,  please vist 313Presents.com/InterpreterRequests 

TICKET ISSUES

• For guests experiencing challenges with their tickets, please reach out to one of our Guest Relations colleagues to assist you.

QUIET SPACES

• For guests who need a quieter environment, guests have access to the Parents Room located near PORTAL 20.

WHEELCHAIRS

• Wheelchairs are available at each entrance for transportation to and from seating areas. Just ask any colleague for assistance upon entry and they will be happy to help you.
• Wheelchairs are not available for individual use during events. Guests may be asked to wait during busy times until one becomes available to transport them either to their seats or back to the doors.
• In a medical emergency requiring wheelchair service, contact the nearest colleague.
• Guests are permitted to bring their own wheelchairs and powered mobility devices.
• For those transferring from a wheelchair to an arena seat, we'll store the wheelchair and return it when needed.

• To uphold health and safety protocols, minimize contact and ensure a more seamless entry process, our venues have adopted a no bag policy.
• BAGS LARGER THAN 4” X 6” X 1.5” INCLUDING BAGS ASSOCIATED WITH LAPTOPS, TABLETS, CAMERAS AND BINOCULARS ARE PROHIBITED.
  Single compartment bags, wallets, clutches, fannie packs, and clear bags smaller than 4" x 6" x 1.5" with or without a handle or strap are permitted.
• Exceptions to this policy include: Bags required for dietary or medical necessity. Medical necessity includes Diaper bags, Oxygen, Insulin, Epi-pens and other medical devices.  Medical or diaper bags must measure smaller than 16” x 16" x 8" and are required to be x-rayed upon entry at either the Meijer Entry NW or Comerica Entry NE.

TICKET LIMIT POLICY
The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased for a show is restricted to the published ticket limit of that show. Most events have an 8 ticket limit. The ticket limit can be viewed on the individual event page through the Ticketmaster website. This applies for the entire duration a show is on-sale and includes all points of purchase. 313 Presents reserves the right to cancel ticket limits on specific shows or offers at any time that exceed the policy. There is a four event per transaction limit (or a maximum of 32 tickets). If you wish to purchase more than four events, we politely ask that you get back in line (if applicable).

• SINGLE COMPARTMENT BAGS, WALLETS & CLUTCHES SMALLER THAN 4" x 6" x 1.5" WITH OR WITHOUT A HANDLE OR STRAP ARE PERMITTED.
• Exceptions to this policy include:

• For those who may need a quieter and more secure environment, guests also have access to quiet areas including the Budweiser Biergarten (Located between PORTALS 16-18) and the Mothers Room (Located near PORTAL 20). Please see the Mothers Room attendant for more information.

• We are a cashless venue. Conveniently convert your cash to a prepaid debit card with NO FEES or extra charges at a Reverse ATM kiosk. After inserting cash into the kiosk, the dispensed card will hold the same exact value as the cash that is inserted. The prepaid debit card can be used to make a purchase at the venue and at any location that accepts prepaid debit cards.
• There are three Reverse ATM kiosk locations within Little Caesars Arena:
  • Street Level Concourse - inside the XFINITY Box Office and outside PORTAL 9
  • Upper Concourse - outside PORTAL 58

• Little Caesars Arena rarely cancels or postpones events due to inclement weather. Please be advised that tickets for all events are sold on a non-refundable and non-exchangeable basis (this stipulation is clearly marked on each ticket). Should a decision be made to cancel or postpone an event, the information will be posted immediately through the venue's social media outlets.

• Doors for concerts and general events typically open 60 minutes prior to the scheduled event time. Door times are subject to change.
• Doors for Detroit Red Wings and Detroit Pistons games open 90 minutes prior to game time.

• Umbrellas are allowed, but those with pointed tips are not permitted.

• Set times for each show varies, and are subject to change.

• The rideshare pick up and drop off area is on the Fisher Service Drive, west of Woodward Ave.
• If you are getting picked up and inside Little Caesars Arena, please exit out of the Comerica Entry SE entry and head to the corner of Woodward and Fisher St. Your Uber/Lyft will meet you on Fisher Service Drive, west of Woodward.

• For the comfort of nursing mothers, there is a Parents Room on the Street Level Concourse outside PORTAL 20. This location includes a sink, microwave, refrigerator and private, curtained areas with electrical outlets. There is also a family restroom inside this area for your convenience. Detroit Red Wings Home Games

• The Detroit Red Wings Foundation and The Children's Foundation are proud to present the Intermission Messages program at Little Caesars Arena. For a monetary donation, fans can have their birthday/anniversary/graduation wish or marriage proposal displayed on the videoboard during Red Wings home games.

Detroit Pistons Home Games

• Birthday messages are available and displayed during halftime at Pistons home games only.
