JUST ANNOUNCED: RASCAL FLATTS TO HEADLINE 38TH ANNUAL “99.5 WYCD HOEDOWN” AT DTE ENERGY MUSIC THEATRE FRIDAY, JUNE 12
(DETROIT – February 18, 2020) — Entercom’s 99.5 WYCD Detroit’s Country (WYCD-FM) will host its 38th annual “99.5 WYCD Hoedown,” presented by Metro Detroit RAM Truck Dealers, at DTE Energy Music Theatre on Friday, June 12 at 3 p.m. The event will feature a headlining performance by Rascal Flatts and feature acts across three stages, including main stage performances from Chris Lane and King Calaway.
“We are thrilled to have Rascal Flatts headline this year’s WYCD Hoedown at DTE Energy Music Theatre as we celebrate their incredible 20-year journey on this year’s farewell tour,” says 99.5 WYCD Program Director Tim Roberts. “The band played the WYCD Hoedown in 2000 so this is truly full circle for them on this epic tour!.”
The “99.5 WYCD Hoedown” will also include performances by Adam Doleac, Dillon Carmichael and Tenille Arts on the Festival Stage in the DTE parking lot and Stephen Clark, Johnny McGuire and Rob Stone in The Pine Tap, an open-air beer garden which sits on an expansive deck inside DTE’s West Entrance.
Tickets (starting at $35.50 on the lawn) go on sale on Friday, February 21 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased at 313Presents.com, LiveNation.com, Little Caesars Arena XFINITY box office and Ticketmaster.com.
