Inspired by the soul of Detroit, 313 Presents promotes and produces concerts, theatrical productions, sporting events and family shows at six world-class venues across southeast Michigan including Little Caesars Arena, the historic Fox Theatre featuring Proud Partner Comerica Bank, Comerica Park, Pine Knob Music Theatre presented by Proud Partners United Wholesale Mortgage, Ally, and Trinity Health, Meadow Brook Amphitheatre and Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre. Age Requirements
- Guests 2 years of age and older are required to have a ticket. Guests under the age of 2 may sit in a ticketed guest’s lap provided they do not obstruct the view of other guests.

Airports
- The Detroit Metropolitan Airport is the closest major airport to Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre and is recommended if you are flying in to visit us.
Aisle Policy
- To help ensure guest safety and enjoyment of events at Michigan Lottery Ampitheatre, sitting or standing in the aisles, on the ramps or in the stairways is prohibited. We ask that guests keep aisles clear at all times and remain in front of their ticketed seat location.
Alcohol
- All alcohol purchases must be accompanied by a valid state-issued driver’s license or ID, passport or military ID. You must be 21 years of age to purchase or consume any alcohol. Service of alcoholic beverages is limited to two drinks per person, per purchase.
- Guests are not permitted to bring in any outside alcoholic beverages, nor are they permitted to leave the venue with alcohol purchased inside any 313 Presents venue.
- Drink limit and cut-off time will vary depending on the event.
Assisted Listening Devices
- Assisted listening devices are available free of charge for guests to use during an event.
- Please contact the Guest Experience team at GuestExperience@OlyEnt.com prior to arriving at one of our venues to request an assisted listening device to be setup.
- When arriving at the event, you may pick up the unit at the Guest Services Office.
- A driver’s license or state ID is required and will be held until the unit is returned.
ATMs
- Please note that Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre is a cashless venue.
- There is an ATM inside the MotorCity Casino Hotel VIP Club, as well as on the main concourse.
- Conveniently convert your cash to a prepaid debit card with NO FEES or extra charges at a Reverse ATM kiosk. After inserting cash into the kiosk, the dispensed card will hold the same exact value as the cash that is inserted. The prepaid debit card can be used to make a purchase at the venue and at any location that accepts prepaid debit cards.

Audio/Video Recording Devices

Baby Changing Tables
- There are changing tables in the men's and women's VIP Restrooms, as well as the men's and women's restrooms within the VIP Concourse.
Backstage Access
- Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre does not distribute or issue backstage passes for any event.
Bag Policy
- To uphold health and safety protocols, minimize contact and ensure a more seamless entry process, our venues have adopted a no bag policy.
- BAGS LARGER THAN 4” X 6” X 1.5” INCLUDING BAGS ASSOCIATED WITH LAPTOPS, TABLETS, CAMERAS AND BINOCULARS ARE PROHIBITED.
Single compartment bags, wallets, clutches, fannie packs, and clear bags smaller than 4" x 6" x 1.5" with or without a handle or strap are permitted. - Exceptions to this policy include: Bags required for dietary or medical necessity. Medical necessity includes Diaper bags, Oxygen, Insulin, Epi-pens and other medical devices. Medical or diaper bags must measure smaller than 16” x 16" x 8".
Banners and Signs
- Banners, signs, and flags larger than 11” x 17” are prohibited.
- Banners, signs, and flags that obstruct the sight lines of other guests, cover up existing signage, exhibit messages that are obscene, offensive, commercial or political in nature, create a disturbance or interfere with the enjoyment of other guests are prohibited.

Birthdays
- Videoboard messaging is not available at concerts or events. A commemorative certificate can be obtained at the Guest Services Office by the main gate.

Code of Conduct
- Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. To provide these types of experiences, we have standards and expectations for all guests and visitors. The Guest Code of Conduct outlines those expectations and policies.
- Treat everyone with respect and dignity by displaying proper etiquette as outlined below. Guests should refrain from any action that disrupts other guests' enjoyment of the event.
- Do not engage in any unruly behavior, including obscene gestures, derogatory, vulgar, biased or abusive language directed at guests, venue personnel, artists or anyone else. This includes the use of such language, actions or gestures concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage violence, a confrontation or threat of physical harm.
- Refrain from wearing any clothing or displaying signage/products that contains obscene or indecent messages or signs. Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre reserves the right to prohibit anything deemed inappropriate • Do not fight, throw objects or attempt to enter or interfere with the performance area.
- Consume alcoholic beverages responsibly and avoid intoxication, diminished capacity or impairment by alcohol or drugs. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages.
- Sit only in your ticketed seat and show your ticket when asked by venue personnel.
- Do not exit with the expectation to re-enter the venue after scanning of tickets.
- Refrain from smoking in non-smoking areas.
- Guests must comply with reasonable requests from venue personnel. Those who refuse may be subject to ejection without refund, revocation of season tickets and possible arrest and/or prosecution. Guests are encouraged to visit either Guest Services Office inside the main entrance opposite of the box office.

Entrances
- There are two entrances to the venue, the Main and VIP entrances.
Entry Inspection
- All guests will be subject to screening upon entry, which includes a walk-through metal detector, handheld wand (if applicable) and bag search (medical and diaper bags only. See bag policy).
- This policy is subject to change, based on select events.
Evacuation Procedure
- If there is an emergency situation that might cause an event delay or a venue evacuation, please listen for announcements on the PA system.
- Guests with special needs should contact the nearest Event Colleague for assistance.
- Guests at Michigan Lottery Ampitheatre are encouraged to take the following steps:
- Be aware of your location at Michigan Lottery Ampitheatre at all times.
- Identify the two exits closest to your seats.
- Listen and watch for instructions from the PA system or Event Staff colleagues.
- Guests can tune into AM 1640 and the venue social channels for updates and announcements.
- In an emergency, 313 Presents asks that all fans remain calm, cooperate with Event Colleagues and be mindful of all guests in their area.
Event Seating Policy

First Aid
- The First Aid location at Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre is just inside the main entrance behind the Box Office. It is only accessible from inside the venue.

- International visitors must present a valid passport that shows the guest to be at least 21 years of age (expired/ damaged passports or any other form of identification will not be accepted).

Mobile Ticketing
- All events at Michigan Lottery Ampitheatre use mobile ticketing as the primary method of entry. The Ticketmaster technology allows for convenient online transfer and re-sale of tickets and provides a user-friendly platform for the online management of tickets. Mobile ticketing allows fans to use their smartphone or mobile device as an event ticket, providing access to the venue through a barcode or near proximity technology. Ticket scanning provides quick validation and controls fraudulent, duplicate or invalid tickets from entering Michigan Lottery Ampitheatre.

Sensory Inclusion
- Little Caesars Arena, the Fox Theatre, Pine Knob Music Theatre, Meadow Brook Amphitheatre, Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre and Comerica Park have partnered with and gained certification with KultureCity, making all events hosted at the venues sensory inclusive. This initiative promotes an accommodating and positive experience for all guests and fans with sensory needs. Event colleagues are trained by leading medical professionals on how to recognize guests with sensory needs and how to best handle a sensory overload situation.
- Sensory bags, equipped with noise canceling headphones (dB rating is 27), fidget tools, and verbal cue card are available to all guests who may feel overwhelmed by the environment. Strobe cancelling glasses and weighted lap pads are also available. Guests wishing to check out sensory items must sign a waiver and leave a driver’s license or credit card, which will be returned upon receipt of the sensory items in the same condition. Sensory items are available at the nearest Guest Services Office and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and are provided free of charge.
Service Animals
- Service animals are welcome into Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre.
- The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) 2010 Regulations define a service animal as “any dog [or miniature horse] that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability. Other species of animals, whether wild or domestic, trained or untrained, are not service animals for the purposes of this definition." C.F.R. § 35.104 and § 36.104 (2010).

Wheelchairs
- Wheelchairs are available at each entrance for transportation to and from the seating areas. Upon arena entry, please ask an event colleague for wheelchair assistance and they will be happy to help you.
- Wheelchairs are not available for individual use during events. Please be aware that wheelchairs are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, during periods of heavy volume, guests may be asked to wait until a wheelchair becomes available to transport them either to their seats or back to the doors.
- In the event of a medical emergency in which wheelchair service is required, please contact the nearest staff member.
- Guests are permitted to bring their own wheelchairs and other powered mobility devices into the venue.
