Some acts have played here more, but each of the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer's appearances have been homecoming events, highly anticipated and instant sell-outs – from a spot on the Good Vibes Night in 1972 to multi-night stands starting in 1977 and the June 21, 2019 finale of a six-show stand, and the final Michigan concert of Seger's farewell tour. He also showed up to sing "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" with Bob Dylan and Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers on June 30, 1986 and to reprise his guest appearance on "Landing in London" with 3 Doors Down on Aug. 2, 2005.
