CONCESSIONS STANDS

• All fixed concession stands at Little Caesars Arena are wheelchair accessible. Accessible counters are located throughout the venue, including all Club areas and adjacent restaurants. Guests using wheelchairs will also find accessible tables and service counters in these locations.
• Accessible drinking fountains are available on the Street Level Concourse at PORTALS 1, 4, 10 and 13 and on the Upper Level Concourse at PORTALS 21, 29 and 62.

ENTRANCES

• There are four (4) main street-level entries from Downtown Detroit, providing direct access to the Street Level Concourse. All Entries are accessible entries. To maintain a safe environment, all guests are required to complete a security screening upon entry.
  • North West Entry - located on Sproat St. just west of Woodward Ave
  • Chevrolet Entry North East - located on Woodward Ave. & Sproat St
  • Fifth Third SE -  located at Woodward Ave. & Henry St
  • Meijer Entry South West - located at Henry St. & Park St.
• Guests with premium access parking in the Trinity Health Garage (Cass Ave. & Sproat St.) can enter through the Skybridge to the Blue Cross Blue Shield Suite Lounge or through the tunnel on Club Level.
  • Red Wings
    • ALL Suite holders (numbered and lettered suites), Club guests, Loge box guests, Gondola guests
    • Standard ticket holders CAN access the Skybridge and Tunnel and will be directed towards the concourse
  • Pistons
    • ALL Suite holders (numbered and lettered suites), Courtside and Club guests, Loge box guests, Gondola guests
    • Standard ticket holders CANNOT access the Skybridge and Tunnel and must use a main entry
  • Concerts
    • ALL Suite holders (numbered and lettered suites), Loge box guests, Gondola guests, Jack Daniels #7 Club
    • Standard ticket holders CANNOT access the Skybridge and Tunnel and must use a main entry

FLOOR ACCESS

• For most concerts, family shows and Detroit Pistons games, we offer accessible floor seating which can be accessed via the Southeast elevators located between Mike's Pizza Bar and The Mixing Board, across from PORTAL 9.

LISTENING DEVICES

• For guests with hearing impairments, assisted listening devices that operate on an FM system are available for check out at the Guest Service Office on the Street Level Concourse outside PORTAL 10.
  • Guests wishing to check out a device must leave a driver’s license or credit card, which will be returned upon receipt of the device.
  • Devices are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and are provided free of charge.

PARKING & DROP OFF

• Accessible parking is available in all Olympia Development of Michigan’s parking lots and garages on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• The Trinity Health Garage, United Wholesale Mortgage Garage, and Temple West Garage have the closest accessible parking spaces to Little Caesars Arena and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

SENSORY KITS

• Little Caesars Arena is a certified Sensory Inclusive Venue through our partnership with KultureCity, ensuring a welcoming experience for guests with sensory needs. Event staff are trained to assist and respond to sensory sensitivities and overload situations.
• Sensory bags including noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, and verbal cue cards are available for use at no charge to all guests who may feel overwhelmed by the environment. Strobe-canceling glasses and weighted lap pads are also available.
  • Sensory items are provided free of charge and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at the Guest Service Offices located at PORTALS 10, 20, and 67.
  • Guests borrowing sensory items must sign a waiver and leave a driver’s license or credit card, which is returned when items are returned in the same condition.

SENSORY ROOM

• Little Caesars Arena, in partnership with KultureCity®, proudly introduces a brand new state-of-the-art sensory room designed to cater to the needs of individuals with sensory processing needs and is set to revolutionize the way we experience public spaces.
• With input from sensory experts, the room is thoughtfully designed to cater to a variety of sensory needs, incorporating elements such as adjustable lighting, calming visuals, and comfortable seating. A range of sensory tools and equipment such as Air Walls, Yogibo bean bags, Nunoerin sparkle, and tactile objects are available to create a personalized and calming experience. The sensory room is designed to be fully accessible, accommodating individuals of all abilities and ages, with features such as wheelchair accessibility.
• The sensory room is located on the upper concourse, across from PORTAL 66, next to First Aid. The sensory room will be open for all events taking place at Little Caesars Arena.

SEATING

• Accessible seating is available at every price point in the venue and can be purchased through all announced ticket sales locations, based on availability.
• Additional companion seating may be purchased based on availability by calling 313-471-7929.
• If a guest requires accommodation or accessible seating after the purchase of regular seats, please call 313-471-7929.
• Guests at the venue who need to be relocated can visit the XFINITY Box Office across from PORTAL 5 for assistance.
• All entrances are accessible.

SERVICE ANIMALS

• The only animals allowed inside Little Caesars Arena are those serving as a guide, signal or service animal to aid guests with disabilities. Guests escorted by service animals may not take up any additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat.

SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS

• A sign language interpreter can be provided; however, a four-week notice is required before an event. To request a sign language interpreter, please visit 313Presents.com/InterpreterRequests

• Guests experiencing challenges with their tickets should visit one of our guest service offices across from PORTALS 10, 20, and 67.

QUIET SPACES

• Guests who need a quieter environment can visit our KultureCity sensory room located on the upper concourse, across from PORTAL 66, next to First Aid. The sensory room will be open for all events taking place at Little Caesars Arena.

WHEELCHAIRS

• Wheelchairs are available at each entrance for transportation to and from seating areas. Just ask any colleague for assistance upon entry and they will be happy to help you.
• Wheelchairs are not available for individual use during events. Guests may be asked to wait during busy times until one becomes available to transport them either to their seats or back to the doors.
• In a medical emergency requiring wheelchair service, contact the nearest colleague.
• Guests are permitted to bring their own wheelchairs and powered mobility devices.
• Guests transferring from a personal wheelchair to an arena seat can have their wheelchair stored and returned when needed.

• BAGS LARGER THAN 4” X 6” X 1.5” INCLUDING BAGS ASSOCIATED WITH LAPTOPS, TABLETS, iPADS, CAMERAS AND BINOCULARS ARE PROHIBITED.
• Single compartment bags, wallets, clutches, fanny packs, and clear bags smaller than 4" x 6" x 1.5" with or without a handle or strap are permitted.
• Diaper bags, parenting bags, medical bags required for dietary or medical necessity smaller than 16" x 16" x 8" are permitted.

TICKET LIMIT POLICY
The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased for a show is restricted to the published ticket limit of that show. Most events have an 8 ticket limit. The ticket limit can be viewed on the individual event page through the Ticketmaster website. This applies for the entire duration a show is on-sale and includes all points of purchase. 313 Presents reserves the right to cancel ticket limits on specific shows or offers at any time that exceed the policy. There is a four event per transaction limit (or a maximum of 32 tickets). If you wish to purchase more than four events, we politely ask that you get back in line (if applicable).

• Little Caesars Arena is a cashless venue. Conveniently convert your cash to a prepaid debit card with NO FEES or extra charges at a Reverse ATM kiosk. After inserting cash into the kiosk, the dispensed card will hold the same exact value as the cash that is inserted. The prepaid debit card can be used to make a purchase at the venue and at any location that accepts prepaid debit cards.

• Doors for concerts and general events typically open 60 minutes prior to the scheduled event time. Door times are subject to change.

• The Detroit Red Wings Foundation and The Children's Foundation are proud to present the Intermission Messages program at Little Caesars Arena. Detroit Pistons Home Games

• Birthday messages are available and displayed during halftime at Pistons home games only.
• A $75 minimum donation to the Detroit Pistons Foundation is required for a Birthday Message.

Please note: Scoreboard messaging is not available at concerts or events.

• Umbrellas with non-pointed tips that do not obstruct the view of guests are permitted.

• Little Caesars Arena has partnered with KultureCity to make every event sensory inclusive, with staff trained to support guests with sensory needs.

• Need a quieter space? Visit the sensory room on the upper concourse, across from PORTAL 66, next to First Aid. Open for all events at Little Caesars Arena.

• Visit the Parents Room on the Street Level Concourse outside PORTAL 20 for a private space to feed your child.
• Includes a sink, microwave, refrigerator, and private, curtained areas with electrical outlets.
• A family restroom is also located inside this area.
• Breast pumps are permitted inside the arena.

• Found items are turned into the Guest Services Office outside PORTAL 10 on the Street Level Concourse. Guests may inquire about items at any point during the event.
• After an event, guests may inquire about lost items by submitting the Lost and Found form by visiting 313Presents.com/LostandFound.

• Little Caesars Arena rarely cancels or postpones events due to inclement weather. Please be advised that tickets for all events are sold on a non-refundable and non-exchangeable basis (this stipulation is clearly marked on each ticket). Should a decision be made to cancel or postpone an event, the information will be posted immediately through the venue's social media outlets.

• The rideshare pick up and drop off area is on Fisher Service Drive, west of Woodward Ave.
